Let’s Move

At the ripe old age of 19, I found yoga as a physical practice - a way to stretch my sore muscles. Over the following decade(s) it has grown into a mental practice, an emotional anchor, and a spiritual outlet.

During my 9+ years as a teacher I’ve explored different styles, settings, and pathways for movement and what I’ve found is this:

The specifics of the practice are not nearly as important as simply doing the practice. Helping people connect to their breath, body, mind, and self through their physical movement is where the magic lies. And just as importantly, moving in and with others in community is how we deepen those connections.

Whether in a studio class in Vancouver, on the patio at the winery, or somewhere special with your private group, I’d be honored to support you in your movement practice.
